Emma has led system implementations, national rollouts and complex upgrades across platforms including UKG Pro, Kronos, Workday, ServiceNow, and Chris21. She has designed and optimised payroll frameworks, led compliance projects and implemented governance structures that reduce risk and ensure accuracy. Her work has helped organisations resolve long standing payroll issues, streamline operations and create teams that deliver consistent results.

Known for her strategic, hands-on approach, Emma is passionate about translating complex challenges into practical solutions. Bree has over 15 years of experience specialising in payroll recruitment and consultancy, Bree has helped organisations build and strengthen their payroll functions from the ground up. Over the past decade, she has led and run consultancy businesses, partnering with clients of all sizes to design effective team structures, ensure compliance, and embed best practice.

Bree has supported many senior leaders in securing pivotal roles within large organisations, where they have gone on to lead transformation, introduce governance and control and elevate payroll performance. Her deep understanding of both people and process, combined with her operational background across Australia, enables her to approach every engagement with insight, empathy, and strategic clarity

Ramona brings 6 years of marketing experience across services, product, and recruitment industries in both London and Melbourne. With a strong background in brand strategy and digital marketing, she’s passionate about building brands that connect, engage, and drive growth.

PRACTICE MANAGER

Teresa is the backbone behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. PENNI wouldn’t look nearly as sharp without her. Starting as a Finance Officer and working her way up to Practice Manager, Teresa has spent over six years at TwoScots and nine years in the industry, developing into a true all-rounder across finance, operations, and payroll.

Known as the go-to person for just about anything, Teresa combines exceptional attention to detail with a genuine passion for supporting teams and creating efficient, well-structured operations.

One of her many strengths actually lies within payroll, managing both internal and external functions with precision and care. Teresa loves being involved in the growth and development of the business and is excited to bring her knowledge, creativity, and energy into all things PENNI as the brand continues to evolve.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Anthea brings over 18 years of experience across defence, private, and public practice sectors, and is a qualified CPA. Having recently returned to Melbourne after 18 months in Dubai, Anthea combines a global perspective with deep financial expertise. Her experience spans financial management, strategy, and process improvement, and she’s passionate about driving commercial outcomes that support long-term business growth.
